By accessing this mobile application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use OONZOO if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

  • OONZOO Portal L.L.C  operates the https://oonzoo.ae Website (“Site”). Our country of domicile is the United Arab of Emirates, and we stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
  • We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for payment. We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Customers using the website who are Minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

1. Interpretation and Definitions The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this mobile application and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of [Your Country].

2. Payment Confirmation Upon making a payment through our App, customers will receive a confirmation notice via email within 24 hours of the payment receipt.

3. Cancellation Policy Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

4. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment. Customers are encouraged to review our refund policy clearly stated on the App to understand their rights and responsibilities.

5. No Refund Policy and NO Cancellation For certain services/products where no refund or cancellation is applicable, it will be communicated clearly to cardholders before the purchase decision is made to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.

6. Delivery/Shipping Policy The delivery of services will be executed according to the stated delivery/shipping policy on our App. For multiple shipments, customers will be informed at the time of checkout, and it may result in multiple postings to their monthly statement.

7. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OONZOO and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OONZOO.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
